If you are unwell eg fever, sore throat, runny nose or cough, or have come into contact with someone with coronovirus please ring us before coming into the Ageing Well Clinic

Please also recognise the vulnerabily of those in our Aged Care Facilities and do not enter if your have symptoms even if very mild, or if you have had contact with someone with or at risk of COVID-19

This is a health care facility visited by vulnerable people. Please wear a mask
